The installation of the backend is possible locally or via COSYSsecure cloud.

Transportation of raw materials and finished products

Whether you are supplying stores and drugstores, delivering raw materials to manufacturers or delivering orders via online trade, COSYSTransportation Software tracks your deliveries for seamless track and trace. COSYS interfaces tour data, customer information and loading lists to the mobile transport app, which guides the driver through the processes.

The driver uses theTours" app moduleto record loading and delivery. Once a tour has been started, the driver sees all tour stops listed, with the loading behind the first tour stop with the packages for each stop.

Customer stop in reverse delivery order. Via a link in a navigation device, the driver simply opens the navigation to the next customer stop.

For both loading and delivery, the driver scans all packages per tour stop, combining multiple delivery bills for one unloading address for the process of loading and delivery. Retail - inventory request

To find out how often an article is still in stock and where, simply scan the EAN, then select an article attribute such as the filling quantity or color shade, if necessary, and you will see in the lower part of the module mask that the article is still available 100 times in the store selected at the beginning.

Retail - Relocation

It is normal for inventories to be reduced sometimes without a sale, for example due to damage. When you write off an item, open the Inventory Change module and scan the item number. Then you enter a comment on the write-off and specify the new actual quantity. The inventory is automatically corrected - also in the ERP system.

Retail - price change

In retail, price changes are commonplace and should not take much time. In this price change module, the employee simply enters the new sales price, scans the item and specifies how many new price labels he needs. By tapping the printer icon, the price change is complete and the order goes directly to a label printer.

Warehouse - goods receipt

The first overview in the goods receipt shows the open order numbers. In this version an order number is selected or scanned. If you do not have any scannable order numbers, it is possible to scan the delivered goods so that the software reduces the selection to the order numbers that contain the scanned items.

Warehouse - Picking

When picking, COSYS App usually works against order. This means that the mobile app loads your sales orders with the positions. In this screen, the employee has already entered an order and now scans the displayed positions. In case of deviations, the app reports an error.

Warehouse - Shipping control

In order to minimize returns, you switch a shipment check after picking. To do this, the employee opens a sales order, scans the package number or shipment number for the order and sees which items belong in this order. He or she now scans these items against each other, whereby red stands for not yet recorded, orange for deviating quantity and green for completely recorded.

Transportation - Tours

This screen shows the first tour stop that the driver processes, namely loading, in which all customer stops are displayed and in reverse order to delivery. Now the driver loads the packages for each customer stop and scans them.

Delivery

Arriving at a customer, the driver selects this customer and then sees this screen, which lists the items for the customer, with several delivery bills being grouped together for the unloading process. He now scans against these items. If he scans packages that are not intended for this customer stop, the app reports an error.

Retrievals

Finally, the customer signs the accepted goods. The list symbols next to the gray fields again show exactly which items have been unloaded. At the top of the screen, the driver has the choice between unloading or receiving.

Inventory

Many customers choose this standardized app for inventory, which captures everything that most customers need with its fields for creator, counting place, EAN and quantity. However, it is possible to add further fields, e.g. for batches or color shades, without any problems. For inventory, the employee scans the items and enters the quantity.

How can I pick partial quantities?

COSYS software for picking can be configured so that during picking an item is scanned and then the quantity removed is entered in a field, either via drop-down or free input. The software always guides employees to the items with the least waste or leftovers according to the stock quantity.

How do I manage my consignment stores?

Via COSYS Online Order, your customers scan items each time they withdraw them from the consignment warehouse, whereby an order is automatically triggered in your ERP when a previously defined warehouse quantity is reached. In this way, the consignment warehouse is always filled as required.

How can I track coils, crown stands and other loading equipment?

COSYS Location Management is ideal for tracking loading equipment of any kind, with drivers recording the loading equipment each time it is handed over to customers, either via barcode scans or via a drop-down menu. This way you always know where your loading equipment is, and photos can also be captured.
