Save effort with Online Order Mobile /Backend

In order to save you the additional effort and to enable you a perfectly coordinated procurement, we offer you our mobile COSYS software for online order and reorder. This COSYS solution for online order allows you to mobile capture and transfer of material and goods orders.

To do this, the employee simply scans the corresponding barcode on the material or storage compartment, which is made up of the article number and quantity, thereby directly triggering the reordering process. Alternatively, employees can also enter the individual purchase orders by scanning the item barcode and manually entering the necessary order quantity.

After the order data has been entered, it is transferred from the device to the COSYS backend and clearly displayed in theCOSYS WebDesk (administration and post-processing software) is displayed.

The COSYS WebDesk allows to check and edit the entered data even after an order has been entered.

Through various connection options of the COSYS backend to ERP or LVS systems, the data can also be synchronized directly between both systems in order to easily cover subsequent processes or to transmit order data directly to another customer or supplier system.

Order with order proposal

COSYS Online Order also supports orders with order suggestion to make the purchasing and reordering process easier. For this purpose, order proposals are transferred from the ERP system to the COSYS system via an interface and then sent to the employees´ mobile devices. To confirm the order proposal and pass the order to the supplier, the employee enters the COSYS MDE software and selects Order with order proposal. The various order proposals are displayed in a table for the employee to work through step by step. By entering the article numbers of the proposed articles via barcode scan and entering the proposed order quantity, the employee confirms the order proposal and places the order by closing.

Goods receipt of the order

If you want to check delivered goods against your purchase orders in the incoming goods inspection, you can count on COSYS. With the mobile COSYS incoming goods app, you have your purchase orders digitally at hand and can check the delivery for completeness. To do this, an employee in the incoming goods department scans the item number of the delivered items and enters the quantities. The software then compares the recorded data with the commissioned order and then posts the items to your inventories.

COSYS software solutions are modular in design as standard. The individual software modules enable the digital mapping of various work steps within order entry.

To map customer-specific processes, the modules can be customized on request. The basis is the user logon. The user can also be used, for example, to identify the branch number or customer number.

Order Online Order WebDesk

The COSYS WebDesk is included in the COSYS Backend and serves you as a central administration and management tool. The data recorded on the mobile device is automatically transferred to the COSYS Backend if an internet connection is available and displayed in the COSYS WebDesk. This gives you an overview of all entered orders with articles and quantities. The time of entry and other details can also be easily viewed. If subsequent edits to entered orders are required, these can also be made via the COSYS WebDesk.

Supplier management

In the master data of the COSYS WebDesk you have a supplier management that allows you to easily manage your supplier master data. All suppliers are listed in a table with the corresponding data. You can add, edit or delete supplier data in the supplier management.

Vendor groups management

In COSYS WebDesk you can also manage supplier groups in which you divide your suppliers. You manage your supplier groups by editing or deleting supplier group names and associated comments and by adding them to your suppliers.

Item master data management

In the article master data you manage all articles that are stored in the COSYS WebDesk. All articles are displayed in tabular form with the corresponding information (EAN, article number, call-off quantities, supplier article number, supplier, etc.). In the article master data you have the possibility to edit, delete or add new articles at any time.

Online Order Orders

In the Online Order module of the COSYS WebDesk you can see an overview of all online orders in table form. In the overview you have the possibility to search for orders by search and filter functions as well as to have a closer look at an order by right-clicking on it.

Online Order Positions

Right-click on an order in the order overview to access the order items. Here you can see all entered items that are ordered in this order. Search and filter functions are also available here to search for specific items. You can edit individual items again later.

Online order call-off overview

In the call-off overview you can see all articles that are reordered. You can see the time of the order, the article number, the reordered quantity and to which order the article belongs.

ERP interfaces

An optimized order management requires access to articles, stocks and suppliers to enable fast and error-free orders. COSYS therefore connects the Online Order solution to your ERP system via standardized ERP interfaces so that you can benefit from efficient ordering processes. Via the ERP interface, all relevant data such as articles, stocks, suppliers and order proposals are imported into the COSYS solution. This means that mobile employees always receive the most important information about orders on their mobile device and can take orders and send them to suppliers in no time at all.
