Goods order

Orders for new items and materials can be placed easily via Goods order. By scanning the required goods and entering the required quantity, orders can be created quickly and easily directly at the storage location and transmitted to purchasing. Direct transmission of the order to the supplier is also possible via a connection.

Goods receipt

Capture the goods receipt with our mobile solution on an Android device of your choice, whether a professional scanner with full-touch or hardware keyboard or on an Android tablet. With the help of a connection to the ERP system (with standardized interfaces), your employees no longer receive goods receipt papers in paper form, but digitally on their MDE and can quickly check the articles at the ramp, recognize the number and book the goods receipt.

Storage

Newly arrived items can be assigned to a storage location in no time thanks to the COSYS Storages module. By scanning the item code and selecting a storage location, a transparent and efficient storages process is ensured.

Stock transfer

A detailed challenge in warehouse logistics is often a lack of space, unforeseen damage events or unclean stacking. Outsourcing

Picking

With Picking, you digitize your pick list and make shipping completion much more efficient. Picking orders are available to your employees digitally on an MDE device and can be processed by quickly scanning the item and storage location number. Route optimization also ensures shorter walking distances.

Shipment completion message

After picking, goods are packed again for parcel shipment. The shipment completion message is used here. During packing, each item is scanned against the corresponding delivery bill before it is placed in the package or loading equipment. This avoids incorrectly packed goods and makes shipment control more efficient. The shipment completion message is then generated, giving the green light for further shipment.

Shipping labels

With label printing from a mobile device, shipping label print jobs can be created at any time for goods, packages and loading equipment.

Among the MDE devices, these are mostly in use with the Android operating system, but existing Windows MDE devices are also still used. In addition to the use of classic barcode scanners and MDE devices, it is also possible to use smartphones and tablets that enable the capture of barcodes and data matrix codes via the device camera using a COSYS Performance Scanning plugin.

Can I also run the WMS in the cloud?
