Commission

With the commission, you optimally prepare all packages for loading. Picked and packed goods are placed at the loading ramp or commission zone and assigned to a commission storage location by scanning the NVE or consignment number. This eliminates the time-consuming search for the right packages during loading.

Loading

The loading process represents the completion of the goods issue. To ensure that everything runs smoothly during loading, COSYS offers a user-friendly driver app for your employees at the ramp or on tour. The goods provided are automatically compared with the loading list during the loading scan. Incorrect deliveries and shortages are avoided by the automatic matching. For more flexibility during loading and on the tour, packages can be split into several packages with loading or compacted on a loading aid. The current loading status can be tracked in COSYS Tracking.

Delivery

After successful loading, the delivery process begins with the delivery. The loaded goods are compared with the transport order during delivery scanning. This ensures that the right goods are delivered to the customer in the right quantity and reduces the rate of incorrect deliveries. The digital proof of delivery is rounded off by a signature from the customer directly on the driver´s device. The photo function enables documentation of contactless deliveries. With the help of GPS recording, it is possible to precisely locate the packages.

For better customer service, COSYS allows you to easily record and document returns during the tour. Damage is quickly recorded by the photo function and added to the return.

Enter loading equipment

Loaned goods such as EPAL, containers or mesh pallets represent a high administrative effort and cost driver. With the COSYS Driver App, you simplify loading equipment management and document any type of loaned goods and loading aids. Pallet accounts and inventories allow for easy tracking of loaned goods in your dispatching. During loading, goods receipt or delivery, the type and quantity of loading equipment delivered or picked up is recorded and documented. Photo Capture
