YouTube privacy options
Use the camera of your smartphone and capture all items with a simple barcode scan. After capturing, you transfer the data to a cloud backend provided by COSYS. Here, the data is collected centrally, post-processed and then imported into your ERP system. You also have the option of importing existing item master data into the cloud backend and supplementing or managing it. Formats such as PDF, XML, CSV, TXT or Excel are available for data export.
Main menu
The clearly structured main menu of the COSYS Cloud Inventory App consists of four modules:

Article information (Information about the article via barcode scan)
Inventory (module for inventory recording)
Data transmission (module for data import and export)
Article information
By a simple click on the menu item "Article information" you get to the currently displayed interface.
In this module you can get article information by a simple barcode scan (via the integrated camera of your smartphone). The stored information about the article is displayed in the "Article text" field. However, the data must of course be stored in the backend, the COSYS Web Desk.
Inventory
A simple click on the menu item "Inventory" takes you to the currently displayed interface.
With a click in the field "Counting place" you can enter the counting place manually via touchscreen input or intuitively via barcode scan. Then the barcode of the item is scanned to identify the item you want to count. After you have found out the quantity of the item, you can enter it manually in the "Quantity" field. The item will be added to the "Item list" after you have entered the quantity.
Inventory quantity always 1
If you select "Quantity always 1" for the inventory entry, the inventory app will count the article quantity for you. Scan the article number and the app adds up the recorded article numbers.
Article list
The Article list contains all the articles already registered by the meter with the respective information recorded during registration.
Data transmission
A simple click on the menu item "Data transmission" takes you to the currently displayed interface.
This module contains 3 functions:
Import data (The data which is stored in the COSYS Web Desk is transferred to the smartphone)
Send data (Transfer of the recorded inventory data)
Delete data (Delete the data on the device)
Central sending
Via central send you transfer all recorded inventory data to the COSYS Cloud. To do this, tap on "Send" to send the data. You can then view the sent data with the COSYS WebDesk.
Barcode types
Set which barcode types can be captured by the COSYS Inventory App. In the default setting, all barcode types are allowed. If you want to deselect barcode types, simply tap on the check mark. This can prevent errors caused by e.g. scanning the wrong EAN or article number.
Demo barcodes
You can easily download and print a list of barcodes via Demo barcodes. The list contains sample items that are stored in the master data of the Inventory App Demo.

COSYS Inventory Cloud - Master Data
Importing master data into COSYS WebDesk is quick and easy. Through a simple file import, you can maintain the WebDesk and the Inventory App with your current master data. For a better overview, all item-related master data is displayed in tabular form. On top of that you have the possibility to edit all your data. On your request, we can customize and extend the view of the WebDesk according to your needs. So you have an inventory software perfectly adapted to your needs.
COSYS Inventory Cloud - Account
In the inventory overview you can view the exact data of the inventory. A decisive advantage of the WebDesk is that it can be called up via an Internet browser and can therefore be called up from any computer. Each employee has his own account and can log in from any computer. This advantage means that your employees are always flexible.
COSYS Inventory Cloud - Edit data
The COSYS Cloud stores everything you need for inventory, be it item master data, inventory data or user settings - in other words, all the data you can view in the COSYS WebDesk. The WebDesk also allows you to quickly add inventory items. Generally all data in the WebDesk is customizable, this includes editing as well as adding data. It is possible to sort your data in ascending or descending order to filter out certain data or use the various search filters.

Inventory equipment rent
Depending on the quantity of equipment and duration of the rental, we either charge our favorable daily flat rates or agree a total flat rate with you. Additional discounts are possible when concluding a long-term rental contract (3 years or longer). For new customers, there are also one-time costs for adaptation to the merchandise management system, unless your merchandise management system is already compatible with our COSYS standard software (COSYS Solutions).
