In practice: Your employee is to pick four sealing rings. COSYS software shows him that seven sealing rings are in storage bin A-10. However, the employee only finds three and cannot complete the order right away. The software then asks "Is the bin empty?" and directs the employee to the next bin with stock of that item. The warehouse supervisor sees in the COSYS WebDesk that there is a discrepancy at storage bin A-10 between the physical and system inventory of gaskets. The note in the WebDesk allows the warehouse supervisor to specifically check the discrepancy and also to track which employee indicated the difference.
The warehouse worker uses the data in the COSYS backend to view, check and edit all inventory histories. Reorder via Online Order
Reordering via an ERP system does not always work. This is often because purchasing only sees systemically what goods are in stock and how much of it is already claimed by customer orders. If not every single consumption is accounted for in the production chain, purely system-based purchases will result in incorrect orders. Employees in production or warehouses, on the other hand, can see with their own eyes what they are consuming and what is in front of them. However, the flow of information from production to purchasing is often time-consuming via applications, forms, e-mails and phone calls. You save these detours with COSYS software.
COSYS Software for Online Order has the modules "Enter Order" and "View/Edit". In the module mask for capture, the employee scans the item to be reordered. Then he enters the quantity he thinks is missing and can select comments about the order via drop-down. They will have internally recurring reasons for reorders and store those very reasons in the comments. Where we send the order data is up to you: to purchasing for approval, to production managers, directly into the ERP system, etc.
Customer deliveries
If you deliver to your customers without external service providers, you need to provide track and trace yourself to track deliveries. Many companies already benefit from COSYS software for loading and delivery scanning, which ensures a complete track and trace.
In practice: The goods are at the loading ramp and ready for delivery. The driver picks up an MDE device, opens the Tours software module and selects the upcoming tour. Now he sees all items that are planned for this tour in the correct loading order: Last customer is loaded first, first customer last, if necessary with consideration of item properties such as fragile, light, heavy, etc.. The driver can also see the order in which the items are to be loaded. Everything that your master data can provide, our software can take over.
With each scan for loading, the driver confirms the quantity. If he scans items that are not planned for the tour or in a different quantity, he receives an error message and can correct his selection. As soon as he completes the loading, the data is transferred to the COSYS backend and from there to other systems such as ERP. Analogous to loading, delivery is also based on barcode recognition and automatic checking for correctness. Added to this are functions such as signature capture and photo function, which ensure seamless documentation of the customer delivery.
All recorded data including photos and signatures are viewed by the back office via the COSYS WebDesk. For each tour, order and position, there is a history of when what was loaded and delivered, including the individual tour stops. Mobile recorded damages are also displayed. In addition, you can use COSYS WebDesk to create reports that clearly show the progress of a customer delivery, a package or a tour in a pdf. These reports can be created, printed and sent automatically.
With high order volumes in wholesale, returns are part of daily business. To record a return, the driver uses the Customer Returns module. First, the driver scans the returned goods, then enters the customer and stores a comment on the return via drop-down. You define the comments yourself: incorrect delivery, damaged packaging, incomplete, etc. In addition, photos of the return can be entered. This data is particularly useful to avoid returns in the future and to find out which customers return goods particularly often.

Production
Do you produce, assemble or make special designs? Track all steps of production with COSYS: from raw material delivery to component and batch tracking to completion notification and transport. In order to guarantee safety standards and to comply with ISO, EN or DIN standards, each component of a bill of material including batch must fit. With a complete track in trace, you have both a live overview of current orders in production and a history of every item already produced. If customers report damage, complete documentation helps you to track the damage.
KANBAN: If you have a regular need for material and want to save storage space, use Production on Demand, also called KANBAN. According to the KANBAN principle, the assembly department takes its required parts from a small lean warehouse. The withdrawal is documented by a KANBAN card, on which the article, quantity and storage location are written. Scan this card with COSYS mobile software and trigger a demand (production order). COSYS software ensures that the required material is requested on time and correctly. Transport orders are also mapped by the software.

Kanban - Main menu
The clearly arranged main menu consists in the standard of the modules "Order" and "Transport order". The third module Data transmission is necessary when data is sent manually later, for example when there is no internet connection everywhere.
Kanban - Capture
In the Ordering module you enter which item is ordered from which warehouse and where it should go and in what quantity.
Kanban - Transport
In the Transfer Order module, the employee enters an order, scans the displayed items, enters the destination warehouse and destination storage bin, and saves the booking.
Picking - Overview
The configuration of the software shown here works with picking against orders. The employee is shown the pending picking orders. You define the prioritization, it can go by FIFO, customer, manual prioritization, etc.
Picking - Capture
As soon as an order is entered, the software shows the associated items. These are now scanned and the quantity confirmed. Completed positions are marked green, orange if there are missing quantities and red if not yet processed.
Bearing
To create an order on site, the employee opens the "Enter order" module. Depending on the configuration, the order number is generated or selected via drop-down. Then the article number or EAN is scanned, a comment is entered if necessary, and the quantity is entered. The order is then completed by clicking on "Complete".
Tours - Main Menu
The main menu of the transport software clearly guides the driver to the right modules. In the standard version, the software contains the three modules "Tours", "Load list" and "Scan to stock". Further modules such as "Returns" are possible.
Tours - Delivery
For the delivery, the employee first selects the customer in the first module mask and scans the items in the next mask. To complete the process, the customer signs for the delivery on the PDC device.
Inventory request
If you need more of an item for your sales floor or adjacent warehouse, you first query the stocks in other stores and locations in this module in order to transfer stock if necessary instead of ordering. For the inventory request you simply scan the article and have an overview of all stocks in the mobile list.
Price labeling
If new price labels are needed, the employee opens the Price labeling module, scans the item, enters the quantity of labels and taps the printer icon. The software can be connected to a label printer and templates for different price labels can be created.
Inventory
You can rent or buy the Inventory module. In the standard version shown here, the employee first enters his entry number. Then he scans the counting place (counting place labels are available at COSYS) and scans the articles one by one. To start a new counting place, this is simply scanned.
