Warehouse - goods receipt
In the goods receiving department, the employee first selects which order is involved for a delivered load. To do this, he can simply scan the screws or the starting material and the software then sorts out the orders that do not contain the material. The advantage of working against orders is an automatic check in case of deviations, but a free goods receipt is also possible.
Purchase order
Sobald Sie einen Artikel im Purchase order scannen, springt die mobile App in diese Maske für Capture. Hier sieht der Mitarbeiter am Wareneingang noch mal den Artikeltext und die Soll-Menge, die auch in Gewicht angegeben sein kann, etwa bei Draht auf Kronenständern. Bei Abweichungen wie hier wird ein Grund für die abweichende Menge hinterlegt. Auch der Lagerplatz wird in dieser App im Wareneingang erfasst, kann aber auch nachgelagert über ein Modul Einlagerung erfolgen.

Once all ordered items have been entered, the employee completes the goods receipt process by clicking on the check mark in the bottom right-hand corner, whereby - particularly important for screw manufacturers - a message is sent directly to the ERP system that the order has been received and is ready for production. Warehouse - Picking
We could show 100 screenshots for picking, because the processes here differ very much in the companies. In this case, picking is done by order and the employee has already entered a picking order in this step for which he is supposed to scan the items.
Edit
These positions are already displayed in the perfect route optimization. If an employee does not adhere to them, an error message can be issued - as here.
Capture

So if you use COSYS Transport Software and also want to record loading equipment, this is quickly done via this mask, both returned and delivered loading equipment. This mask is simply skipped if loading equipment does not occur during a customer stop.

Removal from storage is the unloading at the customer´s site, whereby a distinction is made between recording via loading equipment type and via loading equipment ID. Inventory
Nehmen Sie Ihre Bestände einfach über Barcode Scans auf. COSYS Inventory App hat ein Feld für die Artikelnummer, ein Feld für den Zählplatz und eines für die Menge, wobei die Menge mit Menge 1 vorbelegt sein kann. Die oberen Felder für Erfasser, Standort und Gerätenummer sind technische Daten und dienen der Rückverfolgbarkeit.

COSYS software for picking can be configured so that during picking an item is scanned and then the quantity removed is entered in a field, either via drop-down or free input. The software always guides employees to the items with the least waste or leftovers according to the stock quantity.
Via COSYS Online Order, your customers scan items each time they withdraw them from the consignment warehouse, whereby an order is automatically triggered in your ERP when a previously defined warehouse quantity is reached. In this way, the consignment warehouse is always filled as required.
