Efficient project management is the prerequisite for a successful project. COSYS provides its own project management for different projects, acting as a link between development and support staff and the customer.
This form of efficient communication enables COSYS development staff to ensure rapid and qualitative development, and questions from the customer to be answered quickly.

Project start
At the project start, a workshop is held with the requirements documents to discuss the requirements. Development then begins with the requirements document and the order.
Project management
Efficient project management is ensured by different project participants with their areas of expertise. Employees from the MDE area work together with backend developers and quickly provide test systems for customer feedback as well as for getting employees used to the new system.
Project completion
After delivery of the final version and completion of the test phase, the roll-out and training of the employees on the new system takes place. With Project completion, COSYS remains a partner of the overall system and can also implement modular extensions via change request.
After the project phase
The conclusion of support and maintenance contracts ensures the long-term use of the software as well as support in case of problems. Fixed contact persons and a quota system ensure the long-term use and further development of the software.
