incorrect package, he immediately receives an error message "Package not included in order 123. Add anyway?" If you provide us with the appropriate data, the software sorts the delivery bill items by tour stops. Multiple delivery bills for one customer can be condensed into one barcode for faster loading and unloading.
We automatically load customer data such as phone number and address or delivery notes from your systems to COSYS software. Via push-to-talk, drivers quickly inform customers or logistics planners about arrivals or delays. Photos and signatures are optional. Photos are useful for parking, for example at construction sites, or for damage documentation. Digital signature is suitable for direct acceptance from the customer. Unfortunately, it also happens that customers refuse the goods because they were delivered too early, too late or allegedly incorrectly. For this purpose, the refusal of acceptance is available as a closing option for tour stops.
