In the main view you see all modules of the WebDesk listed. The modules are opened by double-clicking, as known from your own PC, and operated as usual. The icons can be moved freely and arranged as desired.

COSYS prepares you for these challenges with the Point of Sale (POS) software. Through the software you ensure a constantly filled warehouse and satisfied customers. In everyday retail tasks, the POS software from COSYS also helps significantly and gives you deep insights into your stores via the COSYS WebDesk.
The software offers functions for recording goods receipts, also based on your orders sent to the COSYS system via the COSYS interfaces. With the price labeling and price change software modules, you quickly adjust your prices and replace labels or print new ones. Via stock change and stock inquiry you check if an item is still in the warehouse and adjust the stocks if, for example, an item has disappeared or more of it have been found.

Like every COSYS solution, the POS software has the same basic structure. The POS software is hosted in the COSYS Cloud. Master and POS data are exchanged via a COSYS interface. The COSYS POS software contains functions for the different areas of the POS. These functions are contained in modules that are accessed via the main menu of the mobile software. Through these modules, you capture barcodes and data, which are then processed and stored in the backend in the cloud.
The COSYS WebDesk is a web application, which you call via your browser. The WebDesk resembles a normal desktop and the operation is also the same. The modules of your solution are displayed as icons on the WebDesk, via which you access your POS data. The WebDesk can be easily customized - for example for the table views, which you can design, move and hide as you wish. Your data is always securely stored and encrypted.
