COSYS Transport Software is suitable for both freight forwarders and textile wholesalers with their own fleet of vehicles, and ensures that all packages and shipments aretraceable are. For the driver, there is a mobile app where he can see loading lists and customer details as well as his tour data. The dispatchers use the COSYS WebDesk as a web tool to view all tour statuses and package statuses.
For theLoading the driver opens a tour and sees all upcoming tour stops. He then loads all the items displayed by the app for each tour stop, with the app for Loading and Delivery combining the delivery bills for each unloading address. If the driver scans items that are not intended for his tour or forgets any, the app reports an error.
For theDelivery the driver scans the packages to be unloaded. If you also need to track load carriers or returns, this is done in the course of delivery. Finally, the customer digitally signs for the delivery on the driver´s MDE device. All recorded data is viewed live by the back office in the COSYS WebDesk.

House Mail Distribution:Large companies tend to have more than enough in-house mail that needs to be delivered to employees. WithCOSYS in-house mail distribution, your mailroom accepts parcels from the CEP service in the Collective Receipt module and then assigns them to employees via the app. In this process, e-mails can be sent automatically to the employees. The software maps both the delivery including signature capture and the self-collection.

Most online orders, especially in textile wholesale, are rather small in size, i.e. consist of 1-4 parts. Therefore, it makes sense not to run for each order individually, but to work via multi-order picking, which is no problem via COSYS picking.
Yes. The smartphone is particularly suitable in the retail sector, as it is not exposed to harsh working conditions. With COSYS Scan Plug-in, the device camera is additionally upgraded and the scanning performance is increased.
No special features are needed for retail. Neither does the device have to be particularly robust, nor does it have to withstand cold, nor does it have to be waterproof. Devices such as the Zebra TC52x / TC57x, a Honeywell EDA 51, but also smartphones are possible.
Yes. In COSYS solution for delivery scanning there is an option to capture photos, both for loading and delivery. These photos are documented in the backend and can be easily viewed.
