COSYS parcel management solution enables exactly that thanks to its special software and their fully functional barcode scanners (MDE device or smartphone)! To ensure that you have a suitable package management, COSYS offers you a modular solution. The basis of our package management are the COSYS modules, which cover all core functions of a package management and are integrated in every package management solution. In order to make your parcel management suitable, we offer you in our three solution areas of parcel management the software basic packages (transport, store and in-house) with suitably included COSYS modules. With our complete portfolio of modules, you can complement the basic core functions of your package management by individually selecting modules and further customized add-ons to an extended package to optimize your operational processes.
COSYS Package Management WebDesk
All captured data is transferred to the COSYS Backend. The COSYS Backend includes the COSYS WebDesk. The COSYS WebDesk is your central control element in the form of a web-based administration and post-processing software.
All master and transaction data can be clearly viewed and managed in the COSYS WebDesk.
This gives you the option of viewing the status and shipment history of individual packages or searching for specific packages at any time. Captured photos and employee signatures are also displayed.
Versatile evaluations and the printing of shipment reports are also possible thanks to COSYS WebDesk.
In addition to stand-alone operation, COSYS offers flexible connection options and interfaces of the COSYS backend to other systems.
The COSYS backend can either be hosted as a SaaS solution in the cloud or installed on-premise.

Package Management FAQs
Parcel management is about managing incoming and outgoing parcels. This can be internal in the form of in-house mail in companies, external in the case of parcel transport or in one place such as a parcel store. For low parcel volumes, parcel management usually consists of a piece of paper and pen or an Excel list. For medium to high parcel volumes, COSYS offers various software modules such as parcel acceptance CEP, delivery, loading, self-collection, etc.. Via these modules the parcels are recorded and a shipment tracking is created.
In most cases, digital parcel management is based on mobile data capture. This means that the parcels are scanned via the shipment number applied by the CEP service and mobile software processes this data. Parcels are thus linked to the sender and recipient with just one scan and a few entries in the mobile software, and further data such as prices or parcel sizes can be stored.
Internal mail distribution can be analog or digital. The smaller the company and the less in-house mail, the more likely analog mail distribution will suffice, with employees accepting undocumented packages and giving the mail to employees or having it picked up. For medium and high parcel volumes, however, it is advisable to relieve the mailroom with mail distribution software to avoid shrinkage and late parcel deliveries and generally speed up parcel delivery.

COSYS Parcel Transport Software is a lean solution to relieve delivery services of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in their daily work. Modules for CEP acceptance, takeover on tour, delivery, customer return etc. cover all processes you need in parcel transport. In each module, the parcels are registered by scanning the shipment number and provided with the important data for further transport. Complete shipment tracking rounds off the solution.
For tracking to work, the shipment must be labeled with a unique number. In order to also have tracking to the recipient, this unique shipment number must be linked to the recipient. For this purpose, COSYS offers an Android or iOS app on a scannable device, with which the shipment number is scanned and the recipient is stored. Further data on the package content, size or order number can be attributed to the shipment number. COSYS Parcel Management thus ensures shipment tracking.
