NumerousInterface possibilities to ERP systems are already integrated in the software, including typical ERP systems for technical wholesale and the SHK trade. For example, connections to SANGROSS enterprise resource planning, SAP EWM and the UPOS ERP business software or proALPHA are easily possible. Other widely used ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP HANA, Infor and many others are also supported by the COSYS delivery scanning solution.
COSYS is the provider of the complete system and offers its customers the mobile software solution and the back office system, hardware and hardware services (rollout to repair) and other services for the introduction and support of the solution. The type of proof of delivery depends on how your customer deliveries go. If customers are on site, there is the option to capture a digital signature via COSYS Driver App, both for acceptance and refusal of acceptance. If customers are not on site, photos of the dropped off goods can be captured and the location of the drop off can be transmitted. Scans of depot codes or store codes are also possible.
COSYS Transport Software offers a web tool for dispatching, in which route planning is possible as well as tracking of all current and completed routes. Live communication between the web tool and the mobile app makes it easy to change tours at short notice at the loading ramp. If there are any disruptions, such as failed shipments or refusals of acceptance, this is immediately visible in the web tool and the dispatcher can react as quickly as possible.
COSYS Transport Software is compatible with, among others: Nissen & Velten, ProAlpha, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SANGROSS. The backend offers various interfaces for these connections: Database exchange tables, file exchanges or web service API.
In general, handhelds with a good scan engine, sufficiently large screen and protection classes for IP68 and IP65, i.e. dustproof and waterproof, are suitable. Accessories that facilitate daily work at the loading dock and on the road, such as vehicle holders, holsters and pistol grips, should not be underestimated. Devices from Zebra such as the TC52x-TC57x are perfect companions for track and trace via mobile data collection.
