COSYS helps you with the integration of mobile software solutions. Via our KISS interface, we implement our innovative mobile data collection systems easily and without great effort into your existing KISS infrastructure. This enables an uninterrupted data exchange between COSYS software and your enterprise resource planning by connecting COSYS software directly to KISS. Employees always have the most relevant store data at their fingertips on their desktop PC or MDE device and can thus complete important tasks and orders in the shortest possible time. Conversely, data processed or recorded by the employee can be sent seamlessly to KISS.
Management solutions (dashboard)
COSYS offers you the PC-based management solution COSYS WebDesk so that you always have all store stocks at a glance and can optimally plan store management. Here, master data from the merchandise management system can be transferred to the COSYS software for management or post-processing and made available to the MDE devices. On the other hand, data recorded by the MDE device can be viewed on the WebDesk and can be posted in KISS. Likewise, orders, inventories, orders and inventory histories can be displayed in tabular or graphical dashboards in the COSYS WebDesk.
Mobile data acquisition (MDE) solutions
COSYS offers mobile software for MDE devices for recording inventories, orders, purchase orders and goods movements. With the help of mobile data capture, your employees can document every value-added process and, thanks to the KISS interface, access all inventory and item data. Inventories, stock transfers and transfers are thus easier than before, since data is already available in advance as a basis and errors are thus avoided.

Every COSYS solution is available as an On Premise solution. The system is installed on your servers on site and configured by us. Since the solution is located locally, you benefit from constant availability of the solution. You can access the COSYS system at any time via the COSYS MDE software and the COSYS WebDesk.
COSYS Multiplatform Solutions
COSYS solutions are platform-independent, which means we don´t limit ourselves to one operating system or device type. Items to be completed for implementation at IT customer or KISS supervisor:
- Setup of a remote access for COSYS via VPN (or alternatively via Teamviewer)
- Creation of access to MS SQL Server for COSYS
- Ensuring the data transfer from COSYS KISS Live system tables into the original KISS Live system tables by IT responsible persons on the side of the customer or KISS Live supervisor (if necessary coordination with COSYS IT required)
- Provision of a direct contact person at IT customer or KISS Live supervisor for the period of implementation
