COSYS MDE solution and interface to Sage Office Line
With the COSYS Sage CONNECTOR we now also offer a standard interface to Sage Office Line. Thus, Sage users can now also benefit from the advantages of our mobile software solutions. The data exchange can take place in real time. Thus, the MDE device is always provided with current data. Conversely, the recorded data is transferred to the Sage tables in real time. Technically, the data communication takes place via our WebService, which we have adapted to Sage.
ERP Integration with COSYS
COSYS supports you in integrating mobile software solutions into your Sage infrastructure. For this we use our Sage Connector, which is the standard interface to Sage Office Line. We can connect our COSYS software to your enterprise resource planning and guarantee a real-time data exchange. This way, employees always have up-to-date data at hand on their MDE device and can thus manage their important tasks. Data recorded in the process can then be transferred to Sage in real time.
Sage 100 interface
The very comprehensive Sage 100 ERP system offers many data processing and management options. But manually importing your data is time consuming and inefficient. With the COSYS interface for the Sage 100 ERP system, you can easily synchronize your data collected from the PDC scanners with your Sage 100 in real time.
Sage B7 Cut point

The COSYS Sage interface allows you to exchange data in real time between your COSYS software solution and your Sage B7 ERP system. Your production workers scan products and parts. Management solutions (dashboard)
For the administration and evaluation of data, COSYS offers the management solution COSYS WebDesk. Via a connection of the WebDesk to Sage by means of COSYS WebService, master data can be imported smoothly into the COSYS WebDesk. Imported data such as articles, customers or orders can be managed, edited or evaluated here. Orders such as picking orders or purchase orders can also be generated and assigned to mobile employees. Dashboards in WebDesk provide important warehouse, production or sales statistics in graphical form.

- Setup of a remote access for COSYS via VPN (or alternatively via Teamviewer)
- Creation of access to MS SQL Server for COSYS
- Ensuring the transfer of data to the original Sage system tables by IT managers on the side of the customer or Sage supervisor (if necessary, coordination with COSYS IT required)
- Provision of a direct contact person at the IT customer or Sage supervisor for the period of implementation
