ERP Integration with COSYS

With COSYS as your contact, you bring mobile data capture into your weclapp and can create a basis for efficient business processes through barcode scanning. Via COSYS specially developed interface for the Cloud ERP weclapp we can enable a connection of our COSYS Cloud system and initiate a data exchange between COSYS and weclapp Cloud. This allows COSYS software (backend and MDE) to obtain data from weclapp and make it available to employees. The latest information on stocks and orders can thus always be viewed by employees and can be used to fulfill wet-creating orders. If data is edited or recorded in the process, it can also be transferred via the interface to the COSYS Cloud and the weclapp Cloud so that the latest data is always available.

Management solutions (dashboard)

Our goal is to bring more transparency into weclapp´s enterprise resource planning. To achieve this, we have developed the management solution COSYS WebDesk. The WebDesk represents our central management software, which can obtain master data at any time via a connection to the weclapp Cloud. Imported data, such as articles, stocks, customers or orders can be managed smoothly in the COSYS WebDesk and provided to the handhelds of the employees. Master data from weclapp, as well as data entered by employees, can be graphically displayed as dashboards in the WebDesk and provide important key figures on value-adding processes.

Mobile data acquisition (MDE) solutions

weclapp does not offer any functions for mobile data acquisition in the standard version. Therefore, we extend your weclapp with this important function with our COSYS software. With COSYS mobile solutions for mobile data capture, you can capture almost any business process or goods movement at the material flow with a simple barcode scan. Accrued processes are digitally mapped and visually displayed to you so that you can make your value creation even more efficient. For this purpose, our software obtains current data from your weclapp and makes it available to your mobile staff. This way, your employees always get the data they need to complete their tasks and can do their work even faster.

Warehouse management software for weclapp

With the COSYS warehouse management app you can record your items digitally and mobile via barcode scanning. The app pulls all important data such as item data, order data and orders thanks to API synchronization to your weclapp Cloud ERP.

The COSYS software has a modular structure, which means that individual solutions are possible and can be expanded at a later date.

Goods receipt

The Goods receipt module shows an overview of open orders. In the order the employee sees all positions. A barcode scan of the individual positions opens a new mask in which the order number, article number, article text, actual quantity, target quantity, shortage quantity and storage location are displayed. In case of a chaotic warehouse, the software suggests the storage locations. In case of under- or over-quantity, the software calculates the difference and asks for a reason (e.g. goods damaged, too little delivered, etc.).The employee has a better overview of everything thanks to the color markings according to a traffic light logic: red are not processed positions, orange if there are deviations and green completely recorded positions.

Stock transfer

In the Stock transfer module a screen opens with source bin (where the item is currently located), item number, item text, quantity. In the stock transfer list, all the articles that the employee has removed from stock are displayed. In the next step the employee enters in which storage bin he wants to transfer the items. When the employee is finished, the orders are posted

Picking

In the Picking module is an overview with open orders. The warehouse management app lists the items so that the employee has the shortest walking distance. With a simple barcode scan, the employee collects the items and enters the correct quantity and storage location. If the employee scans the wrong item, the app immediately reports an error. The item positions are colored according to traffic light logic.

Extensive connection settings enable all common transmission modes (offline, online, mixed mode).
