If many parcels arrive from the same supplier, the Collective reception makes it easier to register the parcels. The CEP service is selected once. All subsequently scanned shipments are attributed to the previously selected CEP service. After capturing the packages, a signature including plain text is required.

CEP acceptance

The CEP acceptance simplifies the work at the incoming goods department. Parcels from CEP services are quickly captured by COSYS barcode scanners. You can choose which barcode types should be captured by the app. Damage or other special features can be documented directly in the app via photo. Even a cash on delivery can be recorded including the amount. In addition, you can select the recipient and store the parcel at the goods receiving department.The recording of the parcels at the goods receiving department runs in the shortest possible time. This means that the flow of goods does not come to a standstill, and customers are delighted to receive a package quickly.

Delivery

In the Delivery module, the supplier first selects the recipient. He can search for the recipient by customer number or name. A list of parcels and letters is then displayed. The shipments that are to be handed over are scanned again. The supplier selects whether the parcel has been accepted or not. A substitute recipient can also be specified. After the delivery, a signature is required and the delivery would be complete.

Self collection

If a customer decides to collect their parcel themselves, there is a single module for this as well. In the case of self-collection, the parcels are scanned again. Consequently, you select whether the package was accepted and by whom. If the customer does not accept the package, the reason can be recorded.

Takeover Package Transport Package Management

Via data transfer, master data can be transferred to the respective MDE device /iOS or Android smartphone. Data deletion can also be performed. If not already done automatically, data can be sent to the cloud or the server.
