Takeover on tour

When a package is ready for delivery, it can be taken on a tour. When the vehicle is loaded, the package is scanned by the driver. The recipient is automatically displayed to the driver so that it can be assigned to the route. Damage or special features can also be documented by the camera in this step. The photo can then be edited to highlight certain features.

CEP acceptance

The CEP acceptance simplifies the work at the incoming goods department. Parcels from CEP services are quickly captured by COSYS barcode scanners. You can choose which barcode types should be captured by the app. Damage or other special features can be documented directly in the app via photo. Even a cash on delivery can be recorded including the amount. In addition, you can select the recipient and store the parcel at the goods receiving department.The recording of the parcels at the goods receiving department runs in the shortest possible time. Delivery

Once the package has arrived at the recipient, it must be scanned again. In the next step, you can specify whether the customer has accepted the package or whether, for example, the neighbor did this for the customer. If the customer does not want to accept the package and wants to return it, the reason can also be recorded.After a signature of the recipient including plain text, the package is delivered.

Self-collector

If a customer decides to pick up their parcel themselves, there is a single module for that as well. During self-collection, the parcels are scanned again. Consequently, you can select whether the package was accepted and by whom. If the customer does not accept the package, the reason can be recorded.

Takeover Package Transport Package Management

Via data transfer, master data can be transferred to the respective MDE device /iOS or Android smartphone. Data deletion can also be performed. If not already done automatically, data can be sent to the cloud or the server.

Return

If there is a return, the package is scanned again and the sender of the return is entered. If desired, a free text can be used for further notations. The photo documentation can be used again.

Scan in stock

If the package goes back to the warehouse due to a return, it is scanned again there. It is then placed in storage. Any new damage or special features can be documented.
