Parcel acceptance

In the first module, Parcel acceptance, the parcel can be scanned upon arrival at the parcel store. The customer is selected directly here. Customers can either be created in the app or in the COSYS WebDesk with additional master data, the size of the package and the shipping company are also specified. If you receive a damaged shipment, you can record this directly thanks to photo documentation.

Parcel pickup

When you open this module, you will see a list of all customers who currently have a package with you. If you have a long list of customers, you can quickly find the right customer thanks to the search function. After selecting the customer you get an overview of all available packages for this customer.When handing over the shipments, they are scanned again. In addition, the total storage time in the parcel store is displayed as well as the price, which can also be changed manually.Last but not least, a signature of the customer follows and the handover is completed.
