Here, master data from the merchandise management system can be transferred to the COSYS software for management or post-processing and made available to the MDE devices. On the other hand, data recorded by the MDE device can be viewed on the WebDesk and can be booked in prohandel. Likewise, in the COSYS WebDesk, orders and stocks and stock histories can be displayed in tabular or graphical dashboards.

Items to be completed for implementation at IT customer or prohandel supervisor:
- Setup of a remote access for COSYS via VPN (or alternatively via Teamviewer)
- Creation of access to MS SQL Server for COSYS
- Ensuring the data transfer from COSYS prohandel system tables to the original prohandel system tables by IT responsible persons on the side of the customer or prohandel supervisor (if necessary coordination with COSYS IT required)
- Provision of a direct contact person at the IT customer or pro-trade supervisor for the period of implementation
